Speechless

Looking for some activity to do with my Church History kids tomorrow and I come across this.

And it has left me speechless, with nothing to say except .... ya gotta check it out!

Driving to Georgia last year we saw billboards for a dollhouse-sized Holy Land in Alabama. I take it this is a bit more life-sized.

Of course, long before any of these were notions in an Evangelical mind, the Franciscan Shrine of the Holy Land in Washington, DC was the place where Christians who couldn't travel to the East could make a mini-pilgrimage to the Holy Land and Rome.

It's a little kitchy, even if it is of a more Catholic character.
